At Harmony Health Services Home Care, we are able to provide assisted living services to individuals in Minneapolis, Minnesota and its surrounding areas. In our facility, we offer a single room for each individual, giving each of our residents their own private living space for them to stay in. Our caregivers are able to tend to each of the people we serve, adapting a person-centered care plan that will fully accommodate their specific needs.
